Yes I tried clicking on the bed - 'the bed is indeed as soft as it looks'. I clicked on the pillow (every pixel), on the floor, on the curtains, on the window, on the flowers, furniture etc. etc. I must have missed something! Many thanks for your suggestions - Wolfgang, it's not giving me that option (to open or download - which is strange). Optic I've now uninstalled any recently installed programs which looked like it might have an impact.... but still not solved the problem, which I think may be connected to that litt...
