I'm trying to get in contact with Jamy again. If anyone knows of a means to do so, drop me a line, please.

Re: Quest for Glory V - Heroes Add-On

If anybody knows a means of contact for Jamy and sees this message, drop me a line, please. The QfG speedrunning community has some interest in his overlay program and I wanted to ask about possibly creating some equivalents to the save games within it for a Challenge Mode idea working its way throu...

Re: What are the maximum points for abilities (+please enforce)?

Yep, like I said a dozen years ago, QfG3 was the last game where import values were expected to be a single byte; as such, the logical limit was 255 - FF in hexadecimal, 11111111 in binary. Technically, you can bypass/override the in-game restrictions with value editors that can freeze values as wel...

Re: Two Guys From Andromeda are back!!

The second prototype is out, folks. There's more art, more deaths, and more dialogue to enjoy. It's still Chrome-based, but rest assured the final product won't be browser-based (in fact, they haven't decided on the game engine yet).

Check out the Prototype 2 that's not published by Activision!

Just like with the Kickstarter project for Leisure Suit Larry before this, the Two Guys' SpaceVenture will be getting a half-backing, half-charity event. This one will be splitting all donations with half going to the Kickstarter campaign and half to the Joyful Heart Foundation . Tune in to http://w...

Re: Help tracking down a few things

The Elsa and Magnum "add-on" by Jamy was really just a set of saved games, and they were distributed in a pair of ZIP files. I'm not talking about those, adeyke. I'm talking about the Additional Heroes add-on program Jamy created a while back. It's an alternate executable for QfG5 that al...

http://bibbi.4t.com/spells.html Is that what you're looking for? They all look smaller. I can't believe I still kept the link after all the purges I've made! Right idea, wrong size. The larger, quality images I remember were about the same size as the animated versions in QfG5 itself (in fact, some...

Help tracking down a few things

I've been hunting around for a few things on the internet recently and not having much luck, so I figured I'd ask everyone around here. Firstly, I dunno how many of you guys remember the "Alternate Heroes" add-on for QfG5 that a user name Jamy made, but his site went poof when Geocities di...

I dunno about that. I always thought The Floating Castle rather felt like a KQ game. See No Weevil, however, I agree isn't worth it.
