First of all, congrats to the AGD team and all who assisted them. You've done it! I have waited for this moment since I first read about the game (must have been 2002/3). The site looks awesome and I can't wait to play the game!

Actually, I think there were a few copyright issues with the game. It ripped some graphics/backgrounds from the original games, which didn't please Sierra. They went after the creators of the game and the website subsequently got taken down.

I'd suggest you make a backup of that disc. You can copy it or make an image of it with something like ImgBurn. I make backups of mostly everything, personally. Especially old games. You just never know...
