I'm having diffculty running my Kings Quest 5 CD version on both DOSBox and WinXP. The dos verson runs without any speech in DOSBox and the Win32 version wont run at all.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having a problem all of a sudden with Kings Quest 3. My Kings Quest collection manual Has printed the 'Turn another into a cat spell' incorrectly it seems with the 'Put Mandrake Root Powder in a bowl' line. It doesnt work for some reason....

Adventures were definitely my favourite gender of the 80s and 90s though they seem to be rather rare these days. My favourite series is of course Quest for Glory. Everquest is my choice nowadays. Closest thing to modern, online QFG
