On the topic of the ending sequences, When I finished QFG5 I had a teeny little moment of "That's it?"  The cinematic with the Dragon of Doom was a nice touch.  I think the only item I really wanted added to the ending was a wedding between the hero and his fiance... whomever that ended up...
