Re: Future Remake: Part Deux
Colonol's Bequest and Gold Rush.. why... well to be honest I played these as a young one with my Grandmother and to be able to go back to them now with her would be wonderful experience. Plus I think the settings are fantastic and that there is a lot that could be done with an update or re visualiza...

Good topic. I try to play the adventures as time permits. Typically its at my grandmothers house. (I am 26 she is 58). I recently lost my Grandfather (61) to lung cancer and I had grown up spending time out at their house on the lake. So once Every couple months my wife and myself go out there for a...

Good read guys seriously. Do you think something along the lines of what Nintendo is doing with its new DS (Dual Screen or Designers System) is a more logical approach? I mean do you think we need to change the way we interact with the games we play? Thus giving us new experiences? I mean the new ha...

Did you guys here about The 7th Guest 3?
http://www.t7g3.com/Pages/t7ghome.htm In 1993, Trilobyte Games released The 7th Guest, a massively successful adventure game. The game was a technological landmark, a visual masterpiece, and a work of storytelling genius. With it's followup, The 11th Hour, millions of units were shifted worldwide...

Another remake discussion or game idea..
Ok, First I am sure I cant even begin to imagine the amount of work that goes into making or "remaking" and fleshing out a game. Its obviously very tedious and with no financial reward well most fail... That said I appreciate the work gone into the two released and one upcoming game title....

Thanks. Your games have introduced my wife to adventures!!
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone involved in making (remaking)these games. I had played some of the Sierra series games (inc KQ) as I grew up. I have a passion for the "older" adventure games. My wife however didnt experience the games previously so the few times I showed her some o...

Which operating system is best? Based on my experiences I would say Microsoft Windows 98 SE. It gives lots of freedom to MS-DOS programs unlike Windows NT/XP. Windows 98 also has less bugs than Windows 95, I noticed that some DOS programs actually run better under 98 than under 95. Also Windows 98 ...

Best Windows operating system for older pc games?
I am wondering what is the best version for the older pc games. I recently got my old pentium 200 up and running and am going to put one of the older Windows operating systems on it. I currently have Windows 3.1 and 98 (not Se) I can get Windows 95. So my question is what are those older games most ...
