Re: The "Thanks" thread!

You've done well, AGD crew! This is amazing. Remaking a classic, for the fans, it's a cool thing to do.

Yeah its gonna be great. Personally, I think the epic music from the caravan scenes will be great to hear remastered. And of course the intermission theme. :) That reminds me, I think there's no music when fighting the elementals in Shapier. I always thought there should be a special version of the ...

What speed are your cycles at? In the dosbox config file (dosbox.conf). Its the line that says "cycles=". I'd make sure its below 4000 for an oldschool game like QFG2.

The general rule: If a game seems too fast, lower the cycles. Seems too slow, raise the cycles.

Hmm, now a main character doesn't have to be appealing in a typical way, but some attachment is neccessary to step into their shoes. For a character who makes the short, pudgy, aging thing work... just look at Leisure Suit Larry. That guy was charisma city. This Al Ammo guy? Not very distinctive. Of...

Al Emmo, Himalaya Studios, & AGDI

Heya AGDI, I love your games. You all rock quite a bit, and QfG2vga has me mammothly excited. So, how come you guys are releasing Al Emmo under the Himalaya Studios brand? AGDI would look better on a box, because letters are cool . Oh, and about Al Emmo. I notice most commercial adventure games thes...

Yeah somebody should definitely do Space Quest 2 and 3 remakes. I mean, 2 doesn't even have mouse support. :(
