If by growth gem you mean the emerald then yes.  But after going back down the mountain is where I have been wandering in circles.  Ideas?

I just wrapped everything up in the mountains but now, am stumped.  I can`t get into the cottage, the church, the antique shop, hagatha`s or the swamp.  Did I miss something else? Been playing too long, about 8 hours.  Hopefully with a 13 hour time difference, I`ll wake up tomorrow and  :x someone, ...

Ok.  I didn`t want to request help unless absolutely necessary but that basement has forced my hand!  Because I wasn`t able to get out of it the first time, I restored and brought myself back up to the point of entering the basement ONLY now I can`t get in!?  What sequence am I missing?  Please help!
