You ain't making any money off of this, so do not talk to one of your fans like that.

I am not being a jackass, or whatever you called me.

I am very passionate about the old Sierra games, and I want to let the style live.

You see, someone blames the flame war on me again.

I like my oldies!

Forums mean jack sh#t. No one writes anything about these. This is a little pocket in the universe that only certain people care about. And I am glad to be a part of it. It is damn time that the people who want to see this genre unite, and stop being bitchy. It is kind of like of a bunch of refugees...

Dude

Most people see your main page, and the update on that. 90% of them are people looking to download old Sierra games for free. The 10% who are not looking to steal are looking for updates, and only 1% are actually in tune with what you freelance designers are actually doing. I actually care and I got...

The forums are getting.... boring

I really appreciate what you guys are doing, but, What is going on here? How many years has it been now? I have been coming here for a very long time, and the best your company puts out is an update? Last September? Come on guys! The least you could do is some screenshots or something! Three years t...

To the Icelandic Sierra fan,

If you are playing the old ones on a new PC, that is your issue, not the floppy drive.

Find an old PC 386-Pentium 2, and load all of your classics on that!

Or shop Ebay for an old PC.

These games are not meant for flat screen monitors and optical mice.

Kings Quest 6 was not hard, but nearly impossible in my book to get all of the points without the hintbook, or some advice.

just keep it as close to the original, that's all I ask.

I hope that is not considered "whining."

Update to all fans, play QFG1 first

I think we all should play through QFG1 with every character and have imports for each. Collectively, that should give our people here six or so months. Heh Heh. Just kidding. Keep up the work guys, I am still waiting for QFG2VGA.exe. If the programmers were up to the Earth Elemental in September, t...

My personal apology to all those I have pissed off

I have to say sorry to everyone I pissed off in the past.

Thanksgiving is near so I should clear up some bad blood, if there is any.

Erpy, I think you I did less to.

Klytos, please forgive me. I will use smilies next time.

PQ1VGA, right AmusicDude?

I think Asianmusic has the PQ1VGA and the sound is not working.
What platform Asian?
You have to explain better if you want a solution.

Remember Klytos, that was our platform at the time and AmusicDude may have a newer soundcard.

I have never seen an early Sierra hintbook.
They were black and white, right?

The earliest official hintguide I remember was for KQ6.

Codename Iceman I would feel better about, if I had the box and the book.

QFG5 was a good game.

I was sorry to see the series go out with a sub-par plot and story.

Get the Coles on the phone!!!!

There is a debate in a thread about donations to projects here
Maybe they would accept donations!  :lol

Alistair, I was not quoting you, I was quoting the entire thread. I read everything through. I just don't quote people, I would rather call them by name. I agree with you. Saying things like "dumb retard" are idiotic things to say, unless they have a good reason to say it. On this thread, ...

Up to date on Fallout? I heard the new one should be out soon or something. Thanks Brainiac for the link. My brother reminds me every week of the progress. Unfortunately I am using a Pentium 4, so Fallout 3 is out of the question for me at the moment. I hope it is good though, I will probably play i...

Good choices QFGfan, but Sam and Max is not a Sierra game, thus not included in the poll.

We could talk Interplay LucasArts if you want! Hell, start a new poll.

Ringworld and the Dig were both great games.

Amazon is the way to go, Ebay you can find rarer things. Personally I don't like the whole online bidding thing, if I am using my bank info online I like it to be quick. That is why I like the zon. I see a new deal on the thing every week, I thought I lost my QFG anthology CD six months ago, went up...

There may be "idiots" out there that don't know how this kind of thing works, but at least they make an effort to communicate with other like minded gamers. :hat Not every adventure game fan knows about AG what nots and programming engines. Alot of them barely know how to use a PC, and the...

Thanks Fargus. I will look into Arcanum. I loved the Fallout engine and gameplay. Fallout1 was alot easier than 2. Altough I never got through Fallout2, because my character got addicted to Jet, Alcohol, and Mentats. I used them for a battle and later became a hopeless junkie. After a while, I turne...

I second that thought, MacGyver. The screenshots are well done. What I expected. There is only so far they can go with the project in terms of graphics, and it seems that they pushed it to the limit. Even if the shots are outdated, the folks here have done their job, and are still working on said jo...
