Re: Caged Beast...Odd, I can't seem to find him

You do know you don't need a floppy to save a character, right? At the end of the game when you're prompted to put in a disk, you can just change the a: to c: and whammo blam, you can save your character on your hard drive.

Re: Way too hard playing QFG 3 now!

I don't think there is any in-game fluff to back it up, but I always assumed that the ghost(s) in the Castle are those of the Borgov family, killed by the cultists during the time of Darkness/Katrina when she claimed the castle (pick whichever one makes more sense to you). Its funny that you say tha...

Re: Way too hard playing QFG 3 now!

Its even more non-sequitorial than that. In my current playthrough of the series (Woo! Paladin!), I raced through the plot points of 3 too fast. Re: Way too hard playing QFG 3 now!

As much as I love QFG2's remake (thanks for the actually enjoyable combat, guys!), QFG3 has always been my favorite. Having the protagonist not being quite as mercenary, and involving secondary characters more deeply (QFG3 is almost as much about Rakeesh as it is the Hero), really sell it for me, no...

Re: ** QFG2 Official Countdown Thread, Sunday Shooting. **

I loaded up the site today, hoping that the AGDs were telepathic and decided to use my birthday (the most auspicious day of the year) as release day. Alas and alack, twas not to be. Thoroughly enjoying the theme change on the main page, and looking forward to getting lost in Shapeir once more.

Long time lurker just wanted to congratulate the team on reaching RC status.  I can only imagine what a hard road its been, but you deserve every praise for getting this far.
