Re: Has anyone played Dracula Origin?

woah. this game looks wicked! I've always wanted to play a bram stoker's dracula point and click game... Would be better in 256 colors though. the 3D thing is just not for me. It's not exactly 3d. They render the game with 3d models and such but you still move around in a 2d fashion (IE: you can't ...

Re: I have to say it – misconceptions about torrent.

Simple. Regulars that had the patience to stay with the forums over the years have become more familiar with one another and gained various degrees of respect. Once people are used to one another they are less defensive and in turn people are less aggressive. Once it became known the game was due ou...

Re: I have to say it – misconceptions about torrent.

As I recall, this thread was not started to convince AGDI to put the game on torrent or even to "be ok with it." He just wanted to clear the facts about torrents. Which he's done now. So this thread should be over. Yeah, I suppose the thread did get derailed quite a bit. I've tried to sta...

Has anyone played Dracula Origin?

Dracula origin was an adventure game I was semi-excited about when I saw it on gamespot.com (I was amazed a new adventure game found it's way onto that page too). I got it and I must admit it is pretty good. It is a strange retelling of bram stoker's dracula, mixed with a bunch of other legends and ...

Re: Gabriel Knight

I liked GK1 as well, i thought 2 was creative but didn't go very far into it. I has problems getting 3 to even run, and after I did I was not sure why I wanted to in the first place :p

Re: Surprise (two of them, actually)

I don't mean sound ignorant, but I don't see how AGDI could have made more remakes as a surprise considering how long it took for QFG2 >D

However I am sure it will be awesome, whatever it is :)

Re: ** AGDI REDESIGN/QFG2 LAUNCH thread : COURSE 2 IN SESSION **

Ug, I've been so excited about the new QFG for the past couple weeks, and I just realized it is going to be released right after the parts to my new pc I am building are arriving lol. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and nothing is DOA :p

Re: I have to say it – misconceptions about torrent.

Yes it is centralized For the record, no, BitTorrent is NOT centralized. All major clients support DHT, which allows peers to announce other peers. This means that the majority of BitTorrent users can continue to operate without trackers. The trackers are a convenience that allow their webmasters t...

Re: I have to say it – misconceptions about torrent.

Ah bit torrent. Some people love it. Some people hate it. I think what we all must keep in mind here is in fact usability and compatibility. First of all, I still do not think bit torrent is as mainstream as most people tend to suggest. Tracker sites are constantly popping up and being shut down tem...

Ok guys I have just one question for the devs...

What did you have for breakfast? :D (Sorry to disappoint, I know you love it more when people register to ask when the game will be out ;) ) In all seriousness, I am glad to see that things are taking off so rapidly, and that the release of this game draws near. It's impressive to me to see how much...
