Well that's easy. KQII has the most evil characters compared to any of the games mentioned. Hagatha and Dracula are pure evil. No chit-chat, no screwing around. If they see you, they will kill you. Period.

Oblivion was horrible in my opinion. Great on the open-endedness side, horrible on the final execution of it as it was repetitive and boring after a while.

BGII is one of the best games ever made, however. I totally agree with that.
