F5 then cancel doesn't work, but any of Ctrl-Q, F7, or F9 followed by cancel does. Thanks!

I'm playing the QFG2 remake and I'm on the third day. After coming out of Aziza's place (not the first time), the menu at the top won't show itself anymore. I can scroll through the icons with the right mouse button so I can still walk or look at things, but I can't go to the top of the screen to ch...
