Re: QFGII to QFGIII Import Problems.
Speaking of which, I can't seem to find my saved characters from QFG2 either. I assume that they're supposed to be saved to C:\Program Files\AGD Interactive\Quest For Glory II, but I can't find them there. I can find my old QFG1 character, but not the QFG2 character.

Khaveen at the gate
Just a heads up about Khaveen at the front gate of Raseir: In the original EGA version of Quest for Glory 2, after you said yes to him, he'd say "See to it that you obey all the rules posted around town. Rule number one: Strangers must always carry their visa. Do you have your visa?" For s...

Re: Do any other girls like the QFG games?
As the resident geneticist, I must say that it is possible, just intensely unlikely. Intensely unlikely? I didn't think it was that uncommon for women to be pregnant with boys, and boys have Y chromosomes... Sure, it's only until the boy is born, but I'm pretty sure that blood (and chromosomes) are...

Yeah. You have to say "Drop lamp" as opposed to "Put down lamp" or "Use lamp".
By the way, you also "put down the lamp" in more ways than one... Is that also in the remake?

How exactly do you dispel the saurus? You need to put some of the victim's hair in the dispel potion before he drinks it, and sauruses don't have hair...

I object to this statement on the grounds that stealing the bellows is law-breaking, but it doesn't disqualify you from becoming a paladin.Erpy wrote:Yes, it's completely impossible to do any law-breaking without getting disqualified.

Buy 3, get one free
I have a lot of questions about bargaining, I guess. In the EGA version, if you bargained with the apothecary for any sort of pills, he'd sell you four for the price of three. Is this possible in the remake as well, besides the obvious solution of bargaining the price down to 75%? (My communication ...

Re: Fighter imported as a wizard?
Odd. This never happened to me in the EGA version. Perhaps I should elaborate. When I played a Fighter with magic in the EGA version, I passed the WIT test and became a Paladin, and when I imported the character to QFG3, the game clearly recognized the character as a Paladin. I did the same with a M...

Yes you do.You don't even have to leave Shapier, ever, and you can win the game.
You have to leave for Raseir.

Do I have to pay the full 50 dinars for my saurus, or can I bargain with him like in the original game?
If I can bargain, how?

Re: Dropping the two remaining dispel potions
Judging from the original game, you use one of them to dispel... well, you know whom I'm talking about.
It stands to reason that if you drop both of your remaining dispel potions, you won't be able to dispel him, and maybe you won't even become the Prince of Shapeir...
