Re: Remake Simon the Sorcerer 3D Please!!!
I'm sure that's on AGDI's (never) to-do list. Reason why? Well, Simon the Sorcerer is still under copyright and AGDI won't go through the hassle of remaking a game purely because of it's shoddyness or bugs, especially when the demand is so little. If they won't remake Quest for Glory 4 for the same ...

Meh, you can ask. Taken last St. Patrick's Day. And of course, a high level of alcohol is present.

Re: What chance is there for a new Quest for Glory Anthology?
Why is there so much dislike for the new collections? Vivendi have re-released all the classics again. So what if they just added Dosbox? Sure, to people like you and me that's just an easy way of saying it works with XP, but to others who have never played them before or who aren't technical savvy ...

Re: The most evil Sierra Person
The Space Quests, and Larrys, are out, because there was too much comedy. Doesn't mean they can't warrant an evil character. I thought Sharpei was pretty evil in SQ6 but nothing can beat the legend that is Sludge Vohaul. Also, nothing is quite as evil as the prostitute in LSL1, who, without protect...

Re: My QFG2VGA Review
I really liked the combat system too! But I would have liked a on screen GUI which let you control the fighting with your mouse rather than switch to the keyboard. Yet that was my only gripe! The game overall was a pleasant experience and I will be playing again with the fighter! I have a lot of fre...

Ah, that explains why I don't remember that room than. I just presumed it was in the original seeing as much of the game's mechanics (apart from the real obvious ones) have been left the same.
And if it's only worth 25 dinars than I'll forget that one. Thanks for the tip!

Re: QF2 Walk-through??
You'll probably find that using an old walkthrough made for QFG2EGA would suffice as AGDI haven't made any real changes to the puzzle structure. I was stuck on a puzzle that I couldn't remember and (sorry) quickly skimmed an old walkthrough for the original game and it was pretty much the same guide...

Little Blue Jewelry Box
So, I'm on my third mission and I'm having trouble breaking into the jewelry box. Now, from past QFG logic if I want to do something but not have a high enough skill I just keep clicking until the appropriate stat raises and I pass that obstacle. There's a little blue box on the table that I don't r...

I've been told I have a cameo/reference in QFG2VGA but I can't play it at the moment on my Mac as I get a lot of annoying bugs. I'm going to buy a laptop tomorrow just to play it so I'll have to wait till then! Edit: Haha! Found it, Sweeping Sir James. Thanks, AGDI that put a smile on my face. The g...

Re: iPhones
I got mine a week after launch date (they ran out of stock pretty quickly) but I am very happy with it. I got the 16GB model for £159 and I'm paying £35 a month for 600 minutes and 500 texts plus unlimited date and Wifi on an 18 month contract. I think the UK and most of Europe got the better deal...

We're still in the very first stages of Alpha, meaning the game is playable from beginning to end but expect to keep saving every so often to avoid bugs and see some unfinished or WIP sprites as templates whilst playing. Oh I thought when Blackthorn said he was playing the last Alpha Build Alpha te...

Don't get me wrong, of course you're find women who love The Dark Knight but they won't be a majority. I'm more or less basing this off stats than common knowledge as actions film like The Dark Knight will attract more men they women, but that doesn't mean no women will want to see it.

Well, I've already done my bit and seen it. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with TDK but it certainly has made it's mark on society. I don't think it will surpass Titanic but it will get close. The difference is that Titanic appealed to a larger audience, Leonardo DiCaprio pretty much had the...

Well, I managed to get SQ1 up and running on my iPhone. Looks and sounds great! Plays... well quite horribly actually and not in the kind of way I could get used too. It's very buggy at the moment and you can't even use the backspace key as it doesn't work. If you press another key accidentally (whi...

I remember this thread being called PS2 OWNZ! which was a sure signal this thread was going to be slightly biased. Anyone played Soul Calibur IV? I like it, not great but it's great fun kicking people's arses online... even if it ends up my arse being the one that is kicked. Even if they win I still...

I remember when Broomie made these little sprite versions of all of us and then later created a flash music video of the Camelot song by Monty Python (in which Jodo played a key role).
