Ok, well forgive me for being a moron... but it's still not working. Once I have all of the files copied into their own folder on the computer, how do I make it work now? I just get the same message when I try to run the program...

Aww, thanks Angelus, but those are all Region 2 DVDs... *lives in the US* .. and I've yet to obtain a multi-region player.  But thanks for trying, and at least now I know what to look for!
