I thought AGDI's SQ2 remake was cancelled due to another remake already in progress.
The next remake should be KQ4.......but using 720p graphics lol

Re: Future Remake: Part Deux
KQ4 is definitely the next priority.
I'm not too fussed about QFG3, more-so a de-make of QFG5.

Oh finally!
I was wondering when you were gonna finally announce this 'secret' project (I was one of the testers).
You guys who weren't forunate to test this are gonna love it! Whether its better than IA's is up to you

Re: Why do we still prefer 320x200?
I can't help feeling a desire to want to watch movies and play games in higher resolutions. Guess I'm moving on. lol As time goes by, the Nintendo Wii's 480p graphical limitation does seem to get more annoying when compared with my girlfriends Xbox 360 which is set as 1080p. I would like to see an e...

Why do we still prefer 320x200?
Hi, I was thinking today, why do we still seem to love the nostalgia look and feel of the 320x200 VGA look. Am I the only one who is thinking that maybe its time to look beyond that? What if a game like KQ1VGA was to be remade again in the future but using 720p or 1080p scaled graphics instead. Woul...

Re: Quest For Glory Series, Katrina, Erana, QFG6 and Ad Avis
There is no QFG6 game. But there is the Hero6 project which is kind of a fan tribute to QFG although not an actual sequel.

I thought that game was great. I almost regard it as canon.

Re: Voice Pack
Imagine making a voice pack for a game like this. "Yes <insert hero name here>, I will accept your offer of <insert crappy price here> for these health pills." - imagine recording that dialogue. No wonder Hellgate:London didn't even get full speech. The solution would be a text-to-speech g...

Re: Some bugs I've found
Yes Erpy. It is consistent so far as I've been playing. In particular, when a scorpion is chasing the hero, I cast dazzle to freeze him, then cast flame and the hero is no longer running basically meaning the hero is about to become an easy test subject for the scorpions new attack moves. Perhaps th...

Some bugs I've found
I'm playing this great remake now. Good job AGDI. Well worth the wait. I noticed when I cast a flame dart from a distance while in running mode, it resets to walking mode and I must manually return to running mode. This is inconvienient when you got a terrorsaurus about to make a kebab out of the he...

Awesome! Downloading it now!!
This is a historic moment. And the wikipedia entry is updated now.
This is actually the first game to be released by AGDI. The previous two were Tierra.

16-bit? I thought AGDI was in 32-bit. Well I'd say its very likely that QFG2 will be 32-bit given how much the art standard seems to have improved in the teaser shots. In AGS, the degradation of importing a 32-bit image into 16-bit is very noticeable. Unfortunately, I've found that AGS can be slow w...

I like your enthusiasm for this project and i wish the best of luck to you. I'm glad you're still learning background art and you will only continue to learn as you progress. Right now, it seems all you have done on the art is drawn over the originals using deluxe paint. Thats ok coz I like deluxe p...

The smooth scaled sprites feature helps though. trouble is, at low resolutions that doesn't look so good.

thats not bad although i don't like the plain blue BG. It would benefit from a cave like BG rather than just blue.
