Nevermind, It's a right-click. It's always the last thing you try

This is weird but hopefully very simple. Does anyone know why I can't seem to add the additional points to any of my skills? I've tried all sorts of clicks and keyboard buttons including arrow keys but nothing seems to work. Help?
