Congrats, Billetwound. I don't know if you're the first, but I guess you might be the official first
I'm still not sure about the sloth award. Is it received for not doing any house chores for the wizard?

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
i don't think it was a spot i missed. it might be the amount of times you clean plus all the wizards stuff closed. I just didn't sleep any to speed up time i just kept cleaning. I also kept cleaning while Mannanan was away or sleeping. Just Got the Consulation Award :) So i have them all now. :hat ...

So 2 more play thrus and i'll have em all :) I just gotta watch falling on one and getting too many items on the other one. I'll probably have more problems with t...

BTW, I think I figured out what's the scatterbrain award. I think you receive it when you depart Llewdor leaving untidy stuf in the wizard's house...bedroom drawers open, open wand cabinet, etc.

First-time posting... Just finished the game on my first time through... took a few days. I got the Roger Wilco Award - I had the deck brush in my possession when I finished the game. That may have something to do with it... Wow, the Roger Wilco. Do you mean the broom from the ship galley? I also h...

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
Klutz: I received it without falling from the stairs. Just the mountain path and the "ouch" with the anchor. Stockholm: Someone here has already said that making all the conversation with the wizard had not been enough for him for getting this award. I got this award and made the cat cooki...

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
I think the stockholm award is more then just talking to Mannanan. I think its also doing your chores and not getting punished by him. So Gwydion starts to see his lack of abuse as an act of kindness... I'll test this out my next time thru. I have a few other thoughts about some of the other ones t...

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
Oh, and pacifist more relates to an aversion of weapons, rather than anything related to the yeti. Weapons? Does cutting the cactus with the knife count as using a weapon? >D What other weapons are there in the game, anyway? And you still haven't answered me whether pacifist and infamous are an opp...

Re: Original KQ3 Worst/Best Parts (SPOILERS)
Oh! On a storytelling point, as much as the story of a slave to an evil wizard plotting escape was an interesting one, I have to admit I never did much buy that wizard's reasoning for using human slaves. The manual DOES state he "preferred slaves to conjured spirits" because apparently sp...

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
Just got another idea.
When you get to Daventry, there's this rock in the middle of the path. You can scale it, but you can also get past it by just rubbing the stone. Could it be that this is how you get the "Shortcut" award?

I always thought that Genesta was a real bitch for tricking Rosella the way she did without giving her the whole info beforehand "my powers are fading, just say YES". Maybe it goes even further than that...dungeonsofdorks wrote:I still think Genesta caused Graham's heart attack. Convenient, much?

I just found out that you can find a statuette in the treasure chest. I didn't know that before. Maybe finding it is what gets the Legenimor award, or maybe trying to give it to The Father (what happens then?). I didn't know the expression "slow as molasses" (English is not my native langu...

Re: Awards? *possible spoilers*
I'm the one who got the Stockholm, but I just guessed that the reason was the dialogs with Manannan. I can't really think of anything else. I was sure that if you cleaned everything you would get the "Neat Freak" award, but you didn't. Maybe you missed a spot ;) Did you use map or stone in...

Re: [SPOILER ALERT] Interesting tid and bits from other rema
I believe that the developers of TSL DID take into consideration the KQ2 remake. For instance, the idea that Hagatha, Manannan and Lolotte are connected and have the same master. Actually, the stories could sit well with each other, once you consider the father and Shadrack to be the same person.

Tossing it was enough actually. As for 'Enry, think back to the most defining attribute of his personality. (btw, this one takes quite a bit of work to get) hmm...since I don't believe that Alex can grow a beard, then maybe talking non-stop? Maybe you get this reward for having all possible convers...

You have a lot accurate assumptions, not all of them, but many. 'Enry the 'Ermit and Dag-nab-it are references to Quest for Glory 1 btw. I remember 'Enry of course. But I can't think of the connection, except him being a hermit... Dag-Nab-It was the dagger game, right? So maybe throwing the knife a...

Awards I got: Dag-Nab-It, Problem Child, Molasses, Scatterbrain, Insomniac, Stockholm, Klutz My guesses regarding some of the awards: Perfectionist: get a perfect score Underachiever: probably finish with the lowest possible score Sloth: maybe not doing any of the house chores Neat Freak: probably d...
