Thom, you can reply to the same post that you already started instead of starting a new one. There shouldn't be any problems with the files on our servers. What kind of internet connection do you have? It's likely, especially with a slow connection, that the file is being corrupted during download. ...

Yeah, I used to open sealed boxes - only if I didn't have the game already. And that actually only happened once, which is what Navy refers to I don't open any sealed ones anymore. But, you do gotta love that smell!
