Well, I had plans to go to South Korea to teach English for about a year and explore the area, but recent events in the region have given second thoughts (i.e. a certain country's recent testing of long-range missiles). Thinking about either Hong Kong as a backup option, going back to study or jetti...

From what I saw of the trailer, it looks almost 100% like a Sierra VGA original! Definitely looking forward to the finished product now! :D

X3 wasn't as intense as the first two (no doubt because of the lack of involvement of David Hayter and Bryan Singer), and I thought it had a few odd moments. Other than that, I enjoyed it for what it's worth (not being an X-Men buff). 3.5/5. And did anyone wait until after the end of the credits? ;)...

Yep, Ong Bak was awesome.

Might go see MI3. It's supposedly a lot better than MI2, from what I've heard.

Yeah, I was fairly good with electronics back in high school. Theory was excellent, but my practical side was lousy (soldering things to PCBs and so forth).

Things like Thevenin equivalents used to give me a headache, though.

A digital multimeter can also help determine the correct polarity. To do this, find a dummy load (i.e. a resistor of similar resistance rating to the speakers you are planning to use (generally 4 or 8 ohm), if you don't want to risk damaging your speakers). Connect both wires to the load (use a dece...

The atomic symbol was actually the result of me playing around with the Mitsubishi logo and making a bigger logo out of 6 of them. I used to play around with shapes and symbols to try and make other images out of them.

Any chance of a quick update on what's happening with QFG2VGA? Just curious as to how far things are progressing.

Saw King Kong (2005) a little while ago. Not too bad for a remake, but I felt it was lacking in some parts. 7/10 for me.

A little thing called work has sucked up a lot of my time at the moment. Plus, I'm only checking the boards every now and then, as I'm mainly waiting for QFG2VGA to come out and progress has been painstakingly slow, hence not much point in coming here nearly every day.
