Happy Birthday to you too! It seems right that you should also get a Hypnobear.

Also, you REALLY need to do something about that avatar.

The Silver Lining forum has been hacked!!!

The group of assheads that are responsible are called a l . i r h a b i, and from the sound of their name, I'd say that they are Arabic. However the text on the hacked site is actually Korean! I know this because I was able to translate it with Babelfish. Some of the things I saw were: Under the Son...

Not in the jungle. Instead, due to a glitch, you encounter nothing and are stuck there FOREVER! The normal encounter music plays rather than the waffle tune.

Congratulations! Just be careful to stay away from all nasty witches lest your beloved is turned into a tree and you are sent far away from her, as was the case with Prince Herbert of Greys, and his beloved, Princess Alicia.

I can also remember that if you dropped all your weapons you fought "unarmed" (but held a dagger - much less fatal than what happened if you did that in the text version of QFG1 hehe...) -  is this gone? Also true of the VGA version(even if you're a Wizard with Flame Dart). BTW, how come ...

I had it too! Have a PC version as well. One more thing: "You may remember QFG1 as 'Hero's Quest'. After the publication of the game, it was discovered that the Milton Bradley company had already trademarked the name 'HeroQuest', and a decision was made to change the name to avoid the confusion...

VDMsound won't work for a Windows application, KQ6 aside.
Also, I have checked my settings, and I can't see what is wrong with them.

Problem with Windows version of King's Quest VII

OK, I have finally managed to get it up and running! Trouble is, I am getting no music. This problem also occurs with Mario Teaches Typing 2 and Mario's Game Gallery. I am running Windows XP SP2(do not mention Vista in my presence), and my soundcard is SB Live! Series.

If you are reffering to The Silver Lining, it is still on the way. Just today, someone revived a two-month old topic on their forum just to bash the project. Needless to say, they have been turned into a frog.

The PS3 is a horrid piece of hardware. It is big and ugly, unlike the small, compact Wii.

And don't forget that the Wii has PERFECT backwards compatibilty for GameCube games!(Unless you count the Game Boy Player, as there's no way to connect the hardware to the Wii.)
