Re: qfg2 new adventure
I think a great Side-Quest's for Glory series could start with this idea, but it takes a lot of time and work, and unless you know any billionaires who are really into adventure games, I doubt anything will happen with your idea, but trust me, one of my goals is to make enough money to invest in com...

Re: Recommended Schools for Computer Programming with Games...
It's definitely got a heavy dose of C/C++ in it, but it's quite a bit more simplified at the same time. It's not that hard to learn, though. It comes with a detailed help file that's helped me in the small AGS projects I've dabbled in. Basically, if you have a basic understanding of basic programmi...

Re: Recommended Schools for Computer Programming with Games...
I started getting interested in this myself a couple years ago. I just got myself a couple C/C++ for Dummies books. May seem like a lame approach but it's really helped thus far. I'm still reading but honestly the bulk of what I've learned is from practice and asking questions to people who have ex...

Recommended Schools for Computer Programming with Games...
as the main focus... I've always wanted to learn how to program with C or C++, but I felt like it was hard to keep gaming in mind when you are learning... Does anyone on the AGD staff or any programmers that visit the site know any good schools or courses or books or anything to get started? Also if...

It was delayed a few times, one time from from summer to october, i finally got it, at a random software etc store... do they even have those anymore? what about egghead software? ha... But in all honest...

Re: Quest for Glory 1 Remake - halls of magic mastery
It appears like it. She mentions that you have to become a Hero in Spielburg first, before you journey there. She also says there are many entrances, but the one to the south is the closest. she doesn't say once you've become a hero, she says onced you've gained the magic skills and mastered the 9 ...

Re: fighting rakeesh
EOF was always for fighters only, and WIT for anyone with the necessary spells. If your mage or thief got into EOF, it's only because QFG2 didn't recognize your import properly and defaulted to fighter. So as a fighter with full stats, is it possible to do everything the mage does and the thief, as...
