More or less. I became a huge member of EBWS (eBaums World Sucks, a site that is trying to tell everyone about how eBaums World steals a lot of content)
But that's another story for another time.

I'm Baaack!

Hey, folks. It's been a while since I last posted here, so I'll just sort of give an update on my life. I've been all over the internet in the past year. I've been everything from artist to forum god to political activist. My parents divorced more than a week ago, and life continues to change. I rec...

Well, Brian Provinciano DID release the source. SCI Studio VGA. The VGA editor works with QG2, because QG2 was a hybrid, and used more colors than QG1. Of course, the editor is variously unfinished in parts, and I can't remember whether you can edit sprites or not... (if not, use the stand alone SCI...

I think maybe just putting a new hero in a new world would work. After five games, I think the old hero is just about done questing. However... I do like the ideas of the old QFG hero appearing in folklore. And I would especially love the new hero to be Irish/Scottish. A Celtic adventure would be a ...

Oops.
In any case, it's a great adventure game. Parts of it felt exactly like Gobliins 3 (like when you have to dig open a grave to get a peg leg in order to make a pirate costume. THAT'S a puzzle.)

Commercial Adventure Games: NOT DEAD

I've seen many arguements that commercial adventure games are dead. I'm happy to announce that this statement is not entirely true. Sit back and relax as I tell you about this gem of a game, released on the PSP. MediEvil Ressurection: http://gfx.dagbladet.no/pub/artikkel/4/44/441/441363/medievil_art...

And "Someone" should make their original post a lot longer. I came into this thread expecting some buy or issue or something. Change the title of the thread as well. It should be "Space Quest V-voice acting?"

Well there is another SQIII vga project in the works which was posted on the IA fourms by Alliance whos a member here. and they are using the same SCI engine as SQ5. Cool. Nice to get some recognition. However, just to clear things up: We're using AGS with a SQ5 style. EDIT: Where can I find this o...

Here's a few possibilities: -Make the hero someone around before QFG1. -Make the hero F.A (Famous Adventurer) -Put the hero in a modern setting. I've always wanted to see a hero beat up a couple street thugs. -If all else fails, then make a joke game: Quest for Glory 312: Peanut Butter. You play as ...

Although I like SQ2, I'd kind of like to see an original game in the medival setting, with a King's Quest style, but with a completely original plot.

We should really be praising Filliam H. Muffman (a name mixed between Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy, originally done by Steven Colbert)
