Saw Doom today. Was very heavily based on Doom 3, from what I've heard, but didn't have anything to do with demonic possession or anything like that. It was pretty much the Resident Evil movie set on Mars.

This one gets an average rating from me.

Yeah, we're just walking, talking, sperm factories when you boil us down to our basic elements. :p

Heh, could've been worse. At another site I visit (www.planet-megaman.com), the admin, Lord Phoenix, was deposed by a couple of underlings, after running the site for a good few years. Wouldn't want my own site being stolen out from underneath me.

IMO, a new QFG would be more like a MMO adventure than the beginning of a new series, due to the many possibilities in the ending of QFG5 that conflict with one another that would make a direct sequel a migraine to sort out in order to satisfy whatever outcome was chosen (Elsa or Hero becoming the K...

Yay, return of the drunk Steffy! :p Anyway, I'm sort of in limbo at the moment, as I'm waiting to hear about the start date for a job I've applied for in the government (working at BP sucks nuts at the moment and I'm looking for more stability with hours and getting my weekends back). Oh well, hopef...

Got a few bills to pay first, but I'm looking at getting one in the near future. Thinking about getting Wipeout Pure and MGA.

Also, heard about Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, which is basically MGS3 with online play! :D Seems to be PS2-only at this stage, but still cool news nonetheless.

Considering that QFG2VGA is one of the most anticipated fan remakes out there at the moment, I'm not surprised that people are getting more and more anxious as to when it will be released. Shame we can't get someone to drop in on the AGDs in person once in a while, query them on things while they're...

Well, I had a look at the photos, but could not positively identify him. Oh well, he'll slip up one day and then he'll be nabbed.

Heh, didn't take long. The police got back to me today and said they picked up someone matching the description I gave of the robber and that the guy they picked up has done something similar recently, so it's a very good chance that it's him. So, I'm heading down to the police station tomorrow to l...

Nothing so far, but I guess it's only a matter of time now. I'm sort of counting on him to try something and slip up somewhere (taing into account the guy might push his luck and try again somewhere nearby in the area). I'm feeling pretty much back to normal now, and basically doing stuff that the t...

Hold-up and accident

A few days ago, I was held-up by some little **** at 2:30am. He basically put a Hungry Jacks (Burger King) takeaway bag on the counter and demanded money in notes, saying he had a pistol in the pocket of his jacket where his other hand was. Little bastard didn't get much, but what happened afterward...

I'm not too sure, but judging by the numbers, I reckon about a few million or so for all of them (flying them over, food and accomodation, etc.).

The software in question is to run the video. It's a new ad that's just started screening here in Oz. I can assure you it is quite safe. :)

But if I can find an alternative link that doesn't require the software, I'll replace the one above.

Big Ad!

http://www.bigad.com.au/

This ad took some coordination to pull off smoothly, I can imagine! ;)

Edit: The 18+ rating refers to the advertisements being an ad for beer. :)
