Actually, the optimal setting differs on each individual computer. Just fiddle around until you find it.

I'll have to go with Alhazred. He was crafty like all evil viziers are. :) And fighting him wasn't just because he's the bad guy...it was over love and he was a worthy adversary, so to say. And smart. So let's go with him. Voted him for the same reason. Mordack is second in my list for always scari...

That was the original music for King's Quest 2, yet in that horrific PC speaker tone. My favourite is possibly "What a life. A world of wine, women and a nice little term called precaution. " I'm not sure what game it was but you fall off a ledge and the death message comes up "Gravi...

Ack, forgot all about Gobli(ii)ns. Played all three of those as well; haven't finished any of em yet. Also played a bit of Woodruff.

I love the humor in those games tho. :lol :rollin

Let's see here: KQ: all 8 of em, though it's arguable if the last one is an actual KQ game. SQ: all 6 of em, plus The Lost Chapter. Still gotta finish Replicated sometime. QFG: So far, I've only finished the first. Played 2, 3 and 5 as well. GK: Played the first and third, but haven't finished eithe...

That's creative, albeit quite not-helpful.

Guess I'll have to give Ebay a try like QFGFan suggested.

EDIT: Tried a few searches, no luck there either.

:rolleyes In what way does Kan'onji (that's the sig guy's name) resemble KQ6's Lord of the Dead? I fail to see any resemblance whatsoever.

They both deal with spirits, true, but other than that there are no significant similarities between the two of them.

Lord of the Dead from KQ6

According to IMDB.com's trivia on KQ6:
"The image of the Lord of the Dead by artist John Shroades was produced as a lithograph in an edition of 450 and sold through the San Francisco Art Exchange."

Does anyone know where I might find this picture?

Girl in the Tower was a pretty decent song. I also love the Gnome's theme in KQ6.

The KQ6 death theme is a pretty powerful piece, too.

I was just replaying some bits, and decided to see what would happen if I didn't show Caldaur the ring. :rollin

My vote goes to "Down for the count?".

Someone should make a list of all death scenes in the game, like The Many Deaths of Roger Wilco.

Finished the game: rambling & question (possible spoiler

Well, I just finished KQ2VGA. I'm in awe... the AGC's created such an incredibly detailed storyline that fits in perfectly with the overall story of the KQ series, and still kept in the elements of the original KQ2. I wouldn't have been surprised if someone told me Sierra themselves actually made th...

I saw Alien in high school. I have never seen the others but I have emulated the SNES version of Alien3. BTW, can anyone tell me the complete Alien life-cycle? Well, I've never seen the movies, but I've picked up enough knowledge to explain... First, the Alien Queen lays an egg, containing a Facehu...
