What I would do is this: 1) Save all correspondence, and any evidence you may have 2) Call a private detective.  I don't know about where you live, but in the US they have ways of finding information that far exceeds what an ordinary person can dig up on their own.  Basically, if you're sure that th...

So this is a world war I am against now. :rollin I laughed so hard I choked on my coffee. Seriously though, I read this forum all the time, and I can tell you that nothing these guys (or probably one guy) say is true. Hopefully they'll move on to some other target soon, or their parents will ground...

It's not too hard.  You ought to give it a try. First, download it and install DOSbox, just like you would with any other Windows program.  Then, start the program through your start menu.  At this point you will be looking at a DOS prompt. Next, you will need to "mount" a drive, which mea...

I had the same problem.  I don't remember how I got around it, but I did experience it.  You go to open the door to the healer's hut and the whole game halts.  I know that I was using DOSbox, because I always do. I want to say the I changed the number of CPU cycles in the DOSbox config, and that hel...

Nah.  PSP will probably be able to emulate the GBA, but not the DS unless their architectures are very similar.  I've heard that, on average, a system needs to be at least three times as powerful as the system it's emulating.  I've tried Super Nintendo emulators for Dreamcast and for either the PS1 ...

And, you won't be able to play old Sierra AGI games on a PSP (probably not at least.) http://www.bripro.com/gbagi/index.php I don't see why this wouldn't run on the DS. Also, I remember on a forum Brian Provinciano being asked if he would release an SCI interpreter for the GBA.  He said no, but only...

The site that started this thread, www.qfg3d.com , just got an update.  It doesn't sound like the project is anywhere near completion though.  I own Morrowind so I would certainly play the mod if it was released, but I'm not sure the series would translate into 3-D very well.

1987: Athena (SNK) I got it as a hand-me-down NES cartridge, and it was just plain horrible.  Maybe the worst 2-d platform game I've ever played. That list on MobyGames includes "Gabriel Knight" 1 and 3.  Is that a mistake, or do they really have female leads?  I've never played the Gabrie...

Now that you mention it, I've always thought the score system was unnecessary. Point totals work well for arcade style games, but not so much in an adventure game. When you are taking part in a story, making choices, that kind of thing, the point system always made me feel forced to play the game ex...

I don't know much about which particular amps are best for a synthesizer, but I wouldn't get a bass amp if I were you. From my experience, "bass amps" are intended specifically for "bass guitars." I used to play bass (now I'm back to guitar), and I had a very fancy bass amp, whic...
