Maybe they tucked their tails in.

I only maxed my skills in QFG1EGA. It is easier with keyboard and only takes a month. The drawback is all of the games are easy after that. Do not treat any QFG like a Final Fantasy. It completely ruins the experience. The arcade is easy already. In my book, the trick to a fun QFG game month is play...

Your Katta fetish is fufilled in Trial by Fire, Shema does her dance every other day. It is a very funny thing you mention, because the only Katta tail ever shown is Shema's in QFG2, when she does her dance every other day. :lol I don't remember any major tail in QFG1VGA. When did any Katta have lon...

Then there are those of us that still have an import ready character, waiting for the next QFG. My perfect character is a mage started in QFG1EGA. I cant wait to replace my QFG 3 year cycle with QFG2VGA. Please, I am thinking of starting QFG1EGA as a thief, I hope TrialVga is out in a few weeks. I d...

I am one of the weird ones that look as these old bugs like they are a part of the game. DOSBOX is cheating to me, you could have your system working with a 486, but you had to set it up. DOS. I loved DOS. DOS was cool. DOSBOX is a travesty. The way I look at it, any recent patch to these games is n...

I never needed a patch in an original Dos game on a 486, altough I am truly converted to the Windows version. Error 52 in the swamp? With the Chernovy, right? I found a simple way around this. Not too simple though. You have to have magic. Spell the hell out of the Chernovys by the grave of the monk...

Good points. It would be cool if we had an early Ad Avis or Katrina Quest, written by the Coles, or others maybe. Hey, I did vote for Ad Avis. Katrina has had equally evil moments in her time. The hero did get teleported to Mordavia. Katrina used Hero, up to the end. She also made a child vampire. H...

No, Ghost_Rider, I couldn't think of a better vote. You did have to find a happy medium with Shadows, some of us were more fortunate than yourself to have the right mix in our PC. Perfect answer, nothing made a game harder than random crashes and throwing furniture at your PC, which did make the gam...

I liked your last ones the most. Raw charcoal, right? If you are interested in creating a brand new adventure game, make it known. You would be a useful asset to a team as art director. I have many ideas for a story, and can write a script if the art is good enough. Forget about me. You are a badass...

no harm meant, cew-smoke. I too would like to hear some of this new QFG2 music. MT-32? Can you compare that to Adlib? Roland, right? Damn. I always wanted to hear one of the oldies with a non common card. Compare, please. Was Roland better than Adlib, back in the day? I never heard a true Roland so ...

Hey, just messing around. I was more talking about the old Sierras with the joy. Damn, I haven't played a decent air combat game in years! You brought up some memories in me, dude. Now I'm thinking Dynamix. Red Baron, Aces over the Pacific, A10 Tank Killer! What ever happened to that genre? Joystick...

I don't remember one person with the joystick option with the originals. Oh yeah, I had a childhood friend who played black cauldron with a joystick. Forget about it. Joystick is dead, sorry to say. Your joystick could be worth something! What kind of system do you use that you even have a joystick?

What about SQ6? I liked it, and it had some good puzzles. SQ4 was okay, altough I haven't played it for years. SQ4 was a member of the KQ5 genre. Matter of fact, Sq3 is my favorite. SQ was about puns on all of science fiction, and SQ3 wins in my book. A true Sq, Can't beat the graphics and puzzles i...
