Re: A brief account of KQ3 Redux' history

Some interesting trivia: The voice pack started out as surprise from me to the rest of the development team. I programmed it all using template voices. These were recorded by myself, my wife, and my kids. We aren't very good voice actors! ;) it was rather comical to play though! What??? I want THAT...

Re: A few Questions about this remake ?

Fortunately, the actor we did get for Gwydion more than holds his own ground. For a start, he's in his early 20's, closer to the actual age of the character in the game (Robbie Benson is around 50 now). We were quite lucky to receive the benefit of a professional Hollywood TV actor who played a mai...

Just an update--my secondary click functionality wasn't enabled, so I did that, and it works now. Still though, you may want to add a point in the Mac version Readme file about making sure you have your mouse's right-click functionality enabled, since I could see this being a common issue for unsusp...

Re: QFG2 News & Updates: Version 2.0 Released on PC and Mac!

Yeah, I have the "mighty mouse" or whatever it's called--the single-piece opaque white wireless mouse. It's been suggested to me that I need to try enabling the other button click positions on the mouse body via the system prefs (apparently it has 5 different "button" positions.)...

Problem allocating stat points in Mac version

Hey guys, this may very well be my mistake, but I can't seem to figure out how to allocate points to my stats in the Mac version. With the standard single-button mouse, clicking, control-clicking, and command-clicking do not seem to do anything, nor do the arrow keys. I feel like I must be missing s...

Re: QFG2 News & Updates: Version 2.0 Released on PC and Mac!

I hate to say this, but I can't seem to allocate points in the Mac version. All of today's Macs come with single button "magic" mice, and neither control-click, command-click, nor the tab or arrow keys will allow me to add points on the character creation screen. Not sure if this is a game...

Re: The Greatest Quest Ever Told!

You have to look at each game in the context in which it was made (what technology was available, etc.) and how successful the game was at accomplishing its goals. I believe different games have different strengths. And what if a game was influential and ground-breaking at the time, but seems perha...

If you update ActiveX it will probably take care of it. Just make sure to download from an official source and you should be fine.

OK My friend set up my last computer but he don't come around anymore. What is the safest site to download the .rar extraction thingy. Edit: Is anyone here familiar with a file called flash.ocx . Re: Telltale Games take on Back to the Future and Jurassic Park

I think Doc has an as-yet-unknown ulterior motive for traveling to 1931. Go back and replay Marty's initial conversation with him when Marty asks what he's doing in 1931. Doc looks kinda startled and says something along the lines of "OH! Uh...nothing...uh...nothing all that important..." ...

Heh...great review, but I think you majorly failed to let your fanboy bias get the best of you, as you stated you were going to try to do. ;) About the duplicate Delorean (this is not meant as a rebuttal, per se, just pointing out how I interpreted things): Doc says that the duplicated Delorean was ...

Fate of Atlantis fan novelization

I stumbled across this today and literally ended up sucking like 2 hours out of my day reading the first several chapters. So this guy is doing a fan novelization of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, based on the game, the comics, and his own research. And here's the kicker--it's REALLY FRIGGI...

Why isn't the current industry rating system working now? Or is it? Wouldn't those disgusting games already get an Adults Only rating? Yeah, the kid they got to play Marty is awesome. At least they have the facial likeness rights from Michael J. Fox. I'm psyched for this game. Bt Hell yeah. BTTF is one of those classic series that always deserved a great video game adaptation. And a story-driven adventure game is pretty much the p...
