Awesome Idea!

It really would be cool to see some team members post here.. vent their stresses, or comment briefly on the specific challenges involved that make QFG2VGA so much different (more difficult?) from KQ1VGA & KQ2VGA. I for one, think you're all 'heroes' for taking on this task.  I salute you AGDi!  ...

Heh.. uh.. you're in for a surprise

Well, guess what news i read when i logged in today? There is a list of Realms on WoW, that they've actually closed to new accounts creating characters on.. and Blackrock is on that list.  (I happen to have a character on that realm already, so i'm safe..)  The news states that they'll take a realm ...

adventures on console

Awesome,  I've always felt that consoles would house adventure games quite well.  Consoles can even allow adventure games to acquire a younger audience.. get them while they're young, and you have that idealistic change you've been looking for.  Give the children adventure games to choose from among...

Gonagor's beta testers

Hmm.. I didn't say anything about beta testers Gronagor!  The new update.. if you look beneath that big add for beta testers, there's a new update about QFG2! I guess you could be saying that you don't think they're as far along on QFG2 as they are on the himalaya game?  Perhaps not.. I was just goi...

more quest games? Hmm..

I dunno. Assuming that Sierra was crazy enough to revive Quest for Glory, King's Quest, Space Quest or whatever, they'd pander to fans ... They'd have to rely on old fans, and therefore, they wouldn't risk alienating them. However, there would have to be enough fans to make these games commercially...

WoW

Hey.. i play WoW.. and Tuesdays are patch days.. and today was a bad one.  All the servers and webpages have been down all day, and i think they only in the last couple hours went up.  I'm betting half your problems may have been because of this.   The game has installed and run perfectly for me on ...

future of adventure games

Well put Blackthorne!  I've mulled over this for a while, and I think that perhaps the solution here is actually to mold the audience to fit the game, rather than vice-verca.  yes.. i didn't say it would be easy ;)  But the fact is, smarter games, and getting the world to play them would bring a muc...

Picking favorites

Wow.. Brainiac.. that older poll shows me answering differently ;)  Going back and reading my opinion two years ago, I think I have convincing arguments for both of them.. so maybe my official stance should be, I like both 2 & 3.   I think it's interesting how I'd vote one way one year, and a di...

Wow.. I hadn't tried anything other than the AGDI theme before now..

In the actual tale, there is a little known peom.. which the little man cries as he dances around a fire the day before his name is guessed: "Today do I bake, tomorrow I brew,  The day after that the Queen's child comes in;  And oh!  I am glad that nobody knew  That the name I am called is [spo...

Update 23rd January 2006

Well, seeing as how this is probably about the last update before the game is released.. I think it would be cool to see an updated AGS Editor stats window on the QFG2VGA game page.  I might be wrong, but it seems the other picture is way off after all the coding that's been done over the last.. six...

the lilipad

Just wanted to say.. that 'for women only ad' about the lilipad.. it's definitely NOT for women only.  Squating is beneficial for all of us.  The $150 pricetag for a step stool is a bit unreasonable though..  :eek

Well, I played them all in order.  QFG2 was by far my favorite.  Why?  Well, because he was a prince for one. .
