I have to admit that collecting older versions of Sierra games is interesting. Have you tried to use the PCjr music driver with ScummVM? I noticed that someone made a feature request on 13 March 2008 for using MIDI for AGI. How about we play the AGI games with both ScummVM and DOSBox? That way we can see if anyone can find any bugs using the ScummVM AGI engine. That will make it take longer then 20 minutes to complete one game.

I don't know the future release of SQ2VGA has me wanting to play some SQ1AGI. I have to prepare my Space Janitor character to face off with Vohaul's Ape goons. I have to say the Space Janitor class has always been the most, how you say, interesting.
