eta? I not sure what that means but i assume it's how long until it's released. I doubt you'll get an answer anything different from 'it'll be done when it's done'. The team doesn't like to estimate because if they miss dates they'll disappoint all us fans or may release a game they're not 100% happy with.

ETA means "estimated time of arrival."

I think this is the closest we'll get to an answer to that question (from the "A Note of Disappointment" thread):
Anonymous Game Creator 2 wrote:I'd expect the game to definitely go into the alpha/beta stage this year. But that's pretty much the best guestimate that can be provided at present. I certainly hope that it can be released this year but I really can't say for sure if that will happen. The game will likely require many months of beta testing so it's hard to say.

After Al Emmo's release, we'll be hammering down and trying to reach that goal.

Thanks for the info, Basically I might put QFGVGA on hold and play something else, i want to play them all in a row.
Plus ten minutes into QFGVGA im flying through it, first time i played it as a kid took me weeks to do all the stuff around town.... now just minutes... oh well

I just realized that on the Quest for Glory II FAQ page they state
When will the Quest For Glory II VGA remake be released?
Right now, we're not exactly sure when we will release QFG2VGA. It is currently slated for a 2006 release.
I wonder how long that's been there.
