Me too!
I created this name just to thank you guys because you mentioned in a past post that a lot of people create a name just to be jerks... but two people totally beat me to the punch.
Anyway, I would also like to say thanks.
Your work is hugely appreciated, even, I'm sure, by those of us who get impatient. When you think about it, it's kind of a testament to how addictively satisfying your work is!

Keep it up!
I never had played any of the King's Quest games until I came across you guys' KQ1 and KQ2+ remakes. Let me just say that I was thoroughly impressed and was excited to hear about your QFG2 remake. I've always been a big Quest for Glory fan. I too have been "lurking around" as another Guest for over a year and decided it high time that I join.
Congratulations on your progress! You guys are some of the most dedicated people I've seen! We're all cheering for you and looking forward to the great work you guys do! Thanks again!

Thanks for the update
I agree with the other posters. Thanks for the hard work and the recent update. I have been waiting for this game ever since the AGDI's initially started with their plans so many years ago.
And i'm sure its worth the wait, qfg2 was a fantastic game and i would love to see it with updated graphics. From my own experience with game projects [which regretably failed] i know how much work it is and how difficult to accomplish.
AGDI 1+2 keep up the fantastic work!!

So fresh, it's almost marketable.
Now this is a refreshing thread!
Enough to get ME out of my lurker habitation.
(And yes, appreciate everyone's support. Great to know the games are still being enjoyed. From what I've personally seen of QfG2VGA, it should be fantastic way to relive an old classic.)

AGDI, I also wanted to convey my sincere thanks. During Sept 2005, I was pleasantly surprised to find your site (after having a roughly 10 year hiatus from video/computer games). I immediately downloaded KQ1 VGA and KQ2 VGA, hoping to re-experience my memories of long ago.
Boy, I was left speechless. You did a great job updating KQ1, but KQ2... that blew me away. As I played your version, I started thinking "Hmm, did the original game have such a complex, compelling storyline?" In short, I think you people did an amazing job with that game. If Sierra ever decides to remake KQ2, they should just make your versions the official one.
Again, great job, and thanks for the QFG2 VGA update. As a software developer, I fully understand that time is needed to release a quality product.
Not to mention, those fans who complain and insist on a quicker release would be the very same fans who would flame you for bugs and non-playability had you released it earlier.
Thanks again. Good luck.

=D
I guess I gotta come out the lurker's closet right now, too, and say how stoked I am. I check the site about once a week or so, and this week I received something to be very happy about. I am so excited to replay QFG2VGA! You guys do awesome work, and thank you for being you!
Boy Howdy
I've been around this site for the last couple years, lurking (much like the above) I played the games (amazingly made, beautiful design). I check up every 6 months, and would like to say. You guys take your time, make sure it is up to your standards. I can wait, because I would prefer perfection (or close too) instead of a rushed job.
Thank you for all you have done.

Might as well post here too, since I just ended my lurker phase. :)
I only found about you guys less than an year ago, and let me say this, it's really something amazing that you all started. It's really great seeing all these groups eager to try their hand at making games, even a lot of them give up halfway. I know it can be hard to put up with the fanbase in the position that you guys are, but try to take it in stride. Some of us really do appreciate your hard work. :)
