Issue with the website.

Hi folks, just wanted to let you know the graphic thing you recently on the home page blurs out the top half of the content on my browser. Basically I can't see anything about the line formed by the top of the frames for the King Quest II+ and Kings Quest I sections. I'm using IEx32 on Windows Vista 64.

Here I'll attach a screenshot.

I already asked that, the answer I got was that it's supposed to be like that. Eriqcheng can tell you more.

Yeah it's intentional. It's supposed to show the transition from the old website to the new one.

And it's not the first transition, is the third one or so. I don't know how many more have yet to be posted, but I can wait. :lol

Probably continues until....total eclipse...

...I thought it was quite obvious it was intentional, though. Well, it's quite obvious right now.

Agree! The old one wasn't bad, but it was time for a new one! :)

Oh I get it... so it's like fading gradully from one site to another or something... cool. BTW NavyNuke04, where you actually a Navy Nuke in '04? Because I was brown shirt in VF-211 at that time and we deployed on the Enterprise in '03-'04.

Navynuke can speak for himself I'm sure, but I do know he was stationed(correct term?) on a submarine around the time of '04.

Yep. I was a Navy nuke in '04, though the 04 actually came because I graduated with Nuclear Power School class 0004.

I was stationed in Charleston, SC for the majority of my career. I started out as a student in the nuclear power program, but after graduation, I was asked to remain as an instructor. After my time in Charleston ended, I transferred to Norfolk, VA to be on board the USS Minneapolis-St. Paul (a nuclear powered fast attack submarine). I was stationed there for a year before I got out of the Navy due to a family situation.

might want to look at your robots.txt :) this site has been totally cacheable. way back machine has been spying on this site since 2004 :P it's certainly a preference, and not really necessary though. the design is top notch. Displays perfectly on my mac. IE is known for having the most issues with css. there are bugs that can be exploited to fix these types of issues. I've had these same issues (namely transparency) The easy fix is detecting IE and using javascript to replace the div. :)
