Note to AGDI's: If you seed Torrents of your games, or offer Torrent links, you'll distribute the game in record time! Server load drops tremendously...

BTW XBoxNation, the torrent question has come up before and been answered... long story short, not only are AGDI legally obligated to not distribute via torrent, they wouldn't want to anyway. AGDI want all the downloads coming through their main portal where they're easily counted.

The agreement with Vivendi (Sierra) doesn't allow them to do that.

PS I don't care how much money was involved or what the lawyers say, Sierra without Roberta Williams is a fraudulent enterprise. A fake. An impostor organization. A front for collective tomfoolery at the expense of the unsuspecting consumer. But of course, that's my opinion as a curmudgeon and it involves absolutely no money and lawyers whatsoever, which is why it sounds good, and is strictly unaffordable from a commercial standpoint.

Oohhh yes I'm excited too. I've been tracking this games status for years and to find out it's finally going to be released today. Extreme excitetment for me I don't mind saying. Good work guys! Can't wait to play the game ^_^
