HOORAY! Congrats to AGD Interactive. Since I'm sitting at work I can't play the game...until....lunch. But you can bet I'm blasting the soundtrack!

This is akin to asking if they can code the game for the Commodore Amiga. Best you can do is find an emulator or something like that. :alien:

you know it! like when your in Salims shop in Tarna infact ive played through all the series smoking all the way ofcourse, using the import system and ADG Interactives VGA Version of QFG II and im currently half way through Dragon Fire with the Theif cant wait to be Cheif Theif

QFG I : Torrent Download ;)
QFG II : Downloaded AGDI ! Thanks :) !
QFG III : Torrent Download ;)
QFG IV : Had to re-buy this one but it was worth it to hear John Rhys Davies again! :)
QFG V : Amazon.co.uk

ive played through with Fighter/Paladin and Wizard but Theif is not quite complete, doing the whole series is hard, mainly because of all the errors and crashes you get along the way QFG II ADG however is the smoothest of all :) Good Job ! Error i think its 52 or 57 at the mad monks tomb in QFG IV is horrible tho, it's what made me give up trying to complete it as a kid cause if you cant get the ritual you cant finish the game some speed issue i believe, but with my mums trusty old glitchy laptop i managed to transfer the saved game files from my PC onto her laptop and get the ritual then i switched back obvioulsy to complete the game.
ive also found problems with QFG V so im playing that on the laptop too just hope the game dosnt spaz out at the end !SPOILER!when minos jumps to his death!SPOILER

I just want a QFG 6 now :( one where your king of Silmaria and threatend by war or something or one where your the cheif theif and you steal the corwn jewels of the enemy nation would be cool if someone got the rights to make it, *Cough*ADG*Cough*

thanks again for making my Click & Point QFG Saga complete

Personally I think QFG 6 should go like this (99.999999999999999999999999% sure QFG6 will never happen :( )

Anyways here's my "QFG dream" so to speak:

Okay the game starts off with you King of Silmaria meeting with other rulers, diplomatic stuff , and you are at some banquet with the Sultan who's there to meet his adopted son, with whom you have a conversation something along the lines of "So, where's that special magic grapnel I gave you?" "Oh, it, um, is buried into the face of a Demon Wizard in another Dimension right now..." "So much for Shapeir's royal family heirlooms..." :lol

Then the King of Surria is there, have a conversation with him, who mentions appointing the new Boyar of Mordavia, mentions that his people will be quite happy to know you're still alive (you DID disappear in the middle of a party you know...) and that Igor can stop carving your memorial statue, for NOW that is...

Then when you're all alone (how convenient) a powerful magic-user (how convenient) tries to kill you, and you escape (different per class) then after you escape you find that the magic-user has impersonated you (it's "MAGIC") and you flee Silmaria as the fake-you tries to kill you, and you then have a huge adventure (with help from old friends) to restore yourself to the throne, and convince everyone that you're the real one. (Now that's pretty vague, considering this is where the meat of the game play will be, oh well)

The motivation of the villain is power (as usual) because as adopted son of the Sultan, and King of Silmaria, once the old Sultan dies (eventually), you got a serious empire here, and if you married Elsa, probably the Barony of Spielburg too (come on you don't think the Baronet will be found by ladies as attractive do you?)

No idea why I typed all of this utter nonsense, but you know, one can dream, but let's be realistic, this is utter foolishness, so ignore all this rambling I guess.

If you were a thief, Rakeesh gives you the grapnel back when you first talk to him... how he managed to get it back is something that is best left unsaid. :rollin

Well the Sultan was mentioned to have had a son in QFG 5... which I think was tossed in to alleviate any possible concerns as to who was the heir apparent in the game. It's amazing how deep those things can get buried in dialogue to tie up whatever loose ends they could find.

Why I decided to type in this response after all these years... I don't know, I guess I'm just concerned at the QFMG forums closing up... which I hope is temporary. :(

Till next time stay cool 8))
