Quest For Glory Series, Katrina, Erana, QFG6 and Ad Avis

#1 Post by daventry » Thu Sep 04, 2008 7:12 am

I know this http://katrina.legendsofglory.com is all about Katrina, not sure if they still live, because there Contacts seem to be a dead end and there Forum Board is out of order. :|

Why hasent someone made a Fan Game about Erana or Ad Avis, it woul be cool though. :p

Hasent anyone ever tried making a QFG6 Game, why dont you guys ask the Coles and Vivendi if you can make one, you're already Famous with 3 Sierra Classics. :hat

Cuz it'd take a lot of time and work. Years and years of time and work.

There is no QFG6 game. But there is the Hero6 project which is kind of a fan tribute to QFG although not an actual sequel.

@daventry: Project Katrina is dead. It barely got off the ground.

@Erpy: Well, EVERY game takes a lot of time and work. I think that Vivendi might halt such a project if the would-be creators had sufficient time, worked hard, and followed through to completion.

Hi Chris,

I'm glad to know that you are enjoying the games.

Right now, we are developing the School for Heroes (www.theschoolforheroes.com) which is set in the world of QfG. It mixes real world and fantasy and encourages people to become Heroes.

The world of QfG has evolved since QG5. This upcoming website and interactive fiction game are a new way to play.

It would be great to get a new Adventure RPG going with AGDI. We'll certainly keep it in mind.

Thanks for writing!

n Lori

Subject: Quest For Glory 6

Hi, my name is Chris and im a long time Fan of Sierra Games.

Im re-playing the Old QFG Games plus the New QFG2VGA Game and its very cool.

My Question is, would you ever start making another QFG Game and can you guys do one.

Have you guys got a Script for QFG6 after QFG5 and i would very much like to see it if i can please, maybe you guys can ask www.agdiforums.com to make a 6th Game with your Ideas that is.

Have you guys made Cut Outs of the QFG Games that you thought werent the right Part for the Game.

Apparently these People are trying to Re-make the Games www.qfg3d.com

Please write back, so what are you guys doing now and days.

Thanks.

Would love to see a Quest 6 someday. Though that school for heroes sounds pretty interesting.

While I'm certain this post will be glossed-over as well: School for Heroes is, like Malinche's other products, interactive fiction.
