So you think insulting a mod is safe as long as he doesn't have admin-rights? He he, I still suggest you try and be a little more considerate in what you post. It's better, trust me.

He's not saying that you don't have the right to an opinion, he's pointing out the fact that most of your posts add little value to the discussion, that they do nothing more than add to your postcount. He does have the right to point that out to you since he's in charge of maintaining order in the forums.
