Is there any plans on doing the Space Quest series? or is there any body out there that has already started on them? well, hope someone does if no one has started yet.

In all fairness, SQ8 isn't really SQ8...it just takes place after SQ7.

What's so druggy about it? A game that takes place AFTER SQ7 could be SQ7.5, SQ9, SQ12 or SQ7.11154.
Of course, the best option is to simply call a game SQ:Title.

Well, taking a quick peek over at sq7.org, the forums at least seems to be fairly active, so it certainly doesn't look like the project has been abandoned.

Nononono, the sq7.org project is still active. It was the OFFICIAL SQ7 that was started on by Escape Factory about a year or so ago that got cancelled. The unofficial SQ7 project is alive and truckin'. Josh Mandel's involved with that one, if I'm not mistaken.

You would have to be a former cop to be able to make a true Police Quest game
