King's Quest I and II Autorun Cd-Menus!

Hi. I am just wondering if anybody knows about the cd menu's I have ran into the previous year. There was a fan who posted a cdmenu for Both King's Quest I and II plus the voice and music packs. What it is, its a menu where you copy the contents of both games, voice packs and music packs into the appropiate directories and once burned to a cd-r the menu pops up once the cd is placed in the cd-rom drive. (ex: Kinda like those menus in commercial games)

Does anyone know what I am talking about? I am sure some people have ran into this in the past. If anybody still has it I would greatly appreciate having it again. Who knows, the same person who made it may actually wait until Quest for Glory II comes out and add it to the menu ;)

I'm out. Peace :hat :rollin

I'm not so sure. The only form of distribution we use is through our website. Setting the game up to be burned to CD is just asking people to distribute it in other ways.

I have them

I have them. I can't remember who made the menus, but they do work nicely. I'll post them with instructions if someone in charge says it's okay.

I suppose it would be okay as long as the person using them understands that they are for their own personal use only, and that the games cannot be redistributed to other parties via CD.

No problems. Only thing I noticed was different from lasttime was that vbrunfile. Besides that no problem.
Thanks a lot!

Speaking of which, how did the AGD's make the autorun menus? What program did they use?

They didn't make them. I forget who did, but he was nice enough to share them with me.

The vbrunfile is something I added. When I first tried the menus, they wouldn't work on my computer. My visual basic files were out of date, so I had to download that and it worked fine. That was several formats ago, and I didn't have to use it but that one time. Go figure.

If no one else needs them, I'm going to to delete them from my website.

No-no, don't delete them! I want to download them. Thanks. But.. What's your website? You don't have any in the profile.
