AGDInteractive - Sierra Adventure Game Remakes Forum

Hey guys,

Just wondering what you thought on making a remake for the colonel's bequst (laura bow 1) I loved that game and i love your work on remakes guys.. it would be awesome if u made a remake of it...

Ive been coming to this site for ages and ive played your remakes, and im anxiously awaiting to finish my set of QFG games with QFG2, i cant wait!

Tell me what u think, i think you guys would do a fantastic job on it...

I thought that game was particularly enjoyable as well. Great atmosphere too. It'd be a difficult game to remake though, due to the complexity of it. Lots of research would be necessary in order to catch all the events and possibilities.

It is a great game, not one I'd personally like to script though.

And nobody has mentioned the remake (sic) already available through Kazaa. Amazing!  :lol

That's because nobody but me had the opportunity to reply.  Besides, I like giving clear statements and it's not yet clear to me whether the project you're referring to got cancelled, got turned into a sequel, got turned into an original game, is still in production and waiting for people to bring the sum of 25.000 bucks together or if it merely exists in the creator's mind for the time being.

The best statement to cling to is simply that there is no such thing as a remake project for Colonel's Bequest.

Maybe there is though, wouldn't that surprise a hell of a lot of people? Me included near the top of the list.

Ah, wishful thinking I suppose.  :lol
