Questions about the QfG2 manual.

Are you going to have a total rewrite of The QfG2 Manual and include it in the download as a PDF file?
Has it already been designed/redesigned?
Do you have anyone willing to design it?
If you want to have one made(as a PDF) and haven't yet had one made, I could do. I am a professional graphic designer, and am willing to do this merely for the chance to use my skills.
