That would be useful wouldn't it?

Hmmm, now that you mention it, that WOULD be useful.

Maybe it'll be there, in which case it'd be implemented already.

Hmm... I know I'm really anticipating this game when I try to read the meaning of a winking cartoon. ;)

I get over it by knowing Erpy's EGO gets deflated by not knowing much about IA's games, or not.

Sorry to act like a n00b (again), but what would the purpose of a saurus repair shop be? I never actually beat QFG2, because I couldn't find the key sentence at a part in rasier.

But if I remember correctly, the saurus runs away at the first sign of danger. How could it ever get damaged? And thus, why whould it ever need to be repaired?

Don't be, it's a good question.

It's really more just a joke Easter Egg.  It serves no REAL functional purpose in the game, as I understand.

The saurus repair shop was supposed to be an easter egg in the original game. Unfortunately, including it would mean the game would have to be shipped on an extra floppy and they figured an easter egg in itself wasn't worth the extra costs, so it was cut. It was a big easter egg, featuring a garage where saurii were treated a bit like cars. It had nothing at all to do with the story.
