where to find a installer maker program

i have a program i made how can i package it in a installer which program is best.

You could just make it into a self extracting zip archive. I'm pretty sure most installers wouldn't be free and if they were they'd be full of ads to give you an insentive to get the paid version.

I have a program called Clickteam Install Creator which works quite well. Made a custom ScummVM DVD with it. It's great. The only thing it makes you do because it's free is have a little note at the end saying who made it (Clickteam). It's excellent.

I always use NSIS for my installers. Combined with an editor like HM NIS Edit, you can make very nice installers in little time, with very little overhead and completely free.
