UGH!!! My dad vs. King's Quest PART 100
So----I got the new KQ Collection about a year ago, installed it on the computer, did other things on the computer, like installing other crap, and that computer broke. My dad, being the computer "genius" he is, blames on the KQ Collection, stating that it broke the other computers and broke this one to. UGGH!!!!!!!! Please tell me he's wrong! I mean c'mon, these games can't possibly by blood thirsty computer killers. It's impossible. It had to be something but he's so fricken paranoid, and I apologize for the rude way I am going on about this whole thing but it frustrates me to no end how he thinks this game is going to kill all computers, which is why he freaked out and bugged be constantly today because I installed it on our other computer. Tell me he's just being an idiot about this whole thing. I unfortunatly can't talk to him like that and explain to him cause when I get him going on this subject he never stops. I try REAL hard to hide my anger but I just want to burst out and say "SHUT UP DAD! IT'S A COMPUTER GAME, NOT A FRICKEN VIRUS!!!!!" He can't blame these games on everything that goes wrong with the computers.

He's wrong. But he won't listen to us. Heh, probably doesn't want to admit that he did it himself.
Try this. It will require you going through some withdrawal, possibly, but it could be worth it: uninstall the games from the computers and leave it uninstalled for like a month, then after a month or so see if he's having computer trouble. If he is that proves it wasn't the game.
What exactly is going so wrong with the computers anyway?

Well even before I installed KQ there were problems. Sometimes I save too many pictures to My Pictures folder. Sometimes I have too many favorites in my favorites bar. The computer runs slow. That sort of thing. But I'm happy to know that I'm right and your right to, he wouldn't listen, he'd firmly stand by what he believes. It sucks.
