Question about winuae

For those who don't know, winuae is an amiga games emulator. I was wondering if any of you know how to get to a workbench screen using winuae? Currently working with the latest version of WinUAE and i have workbench, 1.3 and 3.0 for it. Been trying to figure out how to do this for awhile now, thanks in advance for any help. Wanted to get to a workbench screen because some games can only be run from one and don't autoboot. Also if you know of another free amiga emulator that this can be done on, i'd be willing to take a look.
