Vohaul's Revenge Novel?

I was just wondering... A member on your team is named Daniel Stacey. Back in the late 90's the guy who made the Space Quest FAQ and The Sarien Encounter Novel (Troels Pliemert) said a Daniel Stacey was doing the novel for Space Quest 2. I'm just wondering, is he the same guy? I guess it wasn't completed cause I can't find it anywhere on the net. If anyone has anymore info on this I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
