The "return" of the Knights Templar

Considering all the usage of a surviving Templar order in fiction, is anyone surprised by this?

Crazy!! I've loved the Knights Templer ever since I played Broken Sword 1 and learned about them!

Nice, I'm still looking for reasons to sue the pope myself.

Btw, last year I made roadtrip through France, and stayed a few days in the Cathar / Templar / GK3 / DaVinci code region. Anyone interested in photos? I've visited many of the GK3 locations in real life, lol.
