Well I was in CVS today and thought maybe if I get a vampire cape and a witches hat. Paint the hat yellow or gold with spray paint wear a black veil or black pantyhose over my face whichever works best and a white button up shirt with baggy striped pants. I could be a black mage from Final Fantasy. I'll get half the stuff and my sister can get the other half for my B-day. Since the hat and cape are pretty cheap. And the eyes should I use lights or do y'all think that will impair my vision too badly if not I could cut up my old glow in the dark skull mask or use yellow saran wrap.

Vampire cape wouldn't look right, unless you're going for Viv from FF9. I actually did BM from FF1 way back in 2004.
