The game is addictive. So many lost hours playing it. :cry

But it's the bad kind of addictiveness: you can play it for hours nonstop, but if you don't touch it for two days you'll not have the heart to start it again. It happened the same to me with Theme Park. :|

The problem with Peggle is that if you download it from Steam you cannot do what I did with Theme Park, that is, giving it to your cousin and relax for two weeks. :hat

I went through a phase of addiction to Peggle. Bought and completed the original, expansion and the iPod clickwheel game :\ . Way too much time on my hands. Got annoying with the challengers, mainly just luck.

What's your favourite character in Peggle? Mine was the pumpkin, and my least favourite was the egiptian rodent, what a dud of a dude!

My favourite would have to have the magic hat bunny. Wasn't to keen on the crab. The flipper claws never worked well.

I knew that playing too much peggle can make you dream with peggle, but I hadn't seen before that it can also break your avatar.

That, and it's a way to get around anti-gambling legislation.

Pachinko

A Japanese gambling machine that's very similar to Peggle.

Not sure how much I paid originally (was quite a while ago, and Steam drop prices on games quickly). However, all 3 Peggle's cost $10 over Steam ($15 for original and Peggle Nights (expansion) together). Peggle Extreme comes free with the Orange Box (game package of Portal, Half-Life 2 EP2, and Team Fortress 2), or seperately for $10.

Peggle is now available on app store for iPhone and itouch users. I dnt think much of it. Same as computer version just harder to play. Many reviews disagree tho.
